Key Responsibilities

• Provide essential general office support, including errands, filing, and basic administrative assistance as Naib Qasid.
• Ensure the security and safety of the premises, performing vigilance and guarding duties as Chowkidar.
• Assist in the movement and distribution of official documents and mail within the organization.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
• Adhere strictly to all organizational policies, procedures, and security protocols.
• Support the smooth daily operations of the public sector office.
