Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical leadership and expert guidance for all PSEB initiatives aimed at boosting software exports and ICT sector growth.
• Develop, implement, and rigorously monitor technical policies, programs, and infrastructure enhancements in direct alignment with national ICT objectives.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of critical projects, ensuring punctual delivery, strict adherence to budgetary allocations, and the achievement of superior technical outcomes.
• Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with both local and international stakeholders, including governmental bodies, industry associations, and academic institutions, to nurture a robust and thriving software ecosystem.
• Proactively identify and analyze emerging technologies and market trends to strategically position Pakistan as a competitive player in the global software and IT services landscape.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of technical professionals, fostering an environment that promotes innovation, operational excellence, and continuous professional development.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and compelling presentations detailing technical progress, highlighting challenges, and offering strategic recommendations to senior management and the Ministry of Information Technology.
