Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic projects related to the 'Expansion of Safe City Islamabad' initiative.
• Oversee specialized departmental operations including field asset management, data center operations, software development, HVAC, NOC/SOC, OFC, electrical/power systems, and civil infrastructure.
• Implement and ensure compliance with law enforcement protocols and public safety standards.
• Develop and manage operational strategies to enhance security and justice within the Islamabad Capital Territory.
• Coordinate and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders for project success and operational efficiency.
• Manage teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to organizational objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and present progress to senior management and relevant authorities.
