Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage critical programs related to sewerage, drainage, and water & sanitation (WATSAN) initiatives.
• Develop and implement robust strategies for effective environmental and social management, ensuring project compliance and sustainability.
• Coordinate regional program activities, fostering collaboration with diverse stakeholders, government agencies, and local communities.
• Oversee social management initiatives, including gender integration, and spearhead institutional strengthening efforts.
• Provide expert technical input for quantity surveying, conduct comprehensive research and analysis in environmental and social safeguards, and ensure adherence to occupational health & safety (OHS) standards.
• Manage administrative, financial, and accounting operations, ensuring meticulous record-keeping, budget adherence, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform program planning, policy development, and impact evaluation.
