• Administer credit policies, process loan applications, and manage credit portfolios.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve queries, and build strong client relationships.
• Manage general and micro-enterprise loan portfolios, ensuring healthy growth and recovery.
• Implement effective strategies for loan collection and recovery.
• Supervise and guide collection and recovery teams.
• Conduct thorough verification processes for banking operations and client data.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly in the SME sector.
