Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and oversee all strategic research and development activities of the ECP's R&D Centre.
• Develop and implement comprehensive research plans related to electoral processes, policies, and reforms.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of electoral data, trends, and international best practices.
• Author and supervise the production of high-quality research publications, reports, and policy briefs.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to senior management on electoral policy enhancements.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the R&D Centre.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to achieve research objectives.
• Manage the R&D Centre's budget, resources, and performance in alignment with ECP's strategic goals.
