Key Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and manage comprehensive training programs as a Chief Instructor.
• Oversee all human resource functions, including talent acquisition and employee relations as Manager HR & Talent Acquisition.
• Manage financial receipts, ensure accurate record-keeping, and maintain budgetary compliance as Manager Receipts.
• Lead and execute strategic development projects aimed at improving organizational capabilities as Manager Development.
• Administer, maintain, and secure PERA's critical database systems as Database Administrator.
• Assist in the coordination, implementation, and evaluation of training initiatives as Deputy Manager Training.
• Develop engaging visual content and graphic materials for internal and external communications as Graphics Designer.
• Provide technical support for IT infrastructure and manage the Learning Management System as Assistant Manager IT & LMS.
• Supervise administrative operations, logistical support, and office management as Assistant Manager Admin & Logistics.
• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of new talent as Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition.
• Contribute to the strategic objectives and operational efficiency of the Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority.
