Key Responsibilities

• Safely and punctually operate official vehicles for various organizational duties within Rawalpindi and designated areas.
• Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections, performing basic maintenance checks on the assigned vehicle to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
• Maintain meticulous records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and adherence to service schedules.
• Strictly adhere to all local traffic laws, road safety regulations, and the organization's internal transportation policies.
• Ensure the cleanliness, tidiness, and presentability of the assigned vehicle at all times.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of official items or documents as required, ensuring their secure and safe transport.
