Key Responsibilities

• Head of Data: Develop and implement comprehensive data strategies, oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation to generate actionable insights, and ensure robust data governance and accurate reporting for informed policy decisions.
• Head of Strategy: Formulate, articulate, and execute strategic plans for the ministry's long-term objectives, provide expert advice on public policy and communication initiatives, conduct foresight analysis, and drive institutional effectiveness and innovation.
• Head of Marketing: Lead the conceptualization and execution of impactful marketing and public relations campaigns, manage and enhance the ministry's brand perception, develop advanced digital engagement strategies, and significantly elevate public awareness of government programs and initiatives.
