Key Responsibilities

• **Chief (Engineering):**
• Lead and oversee all engineering projects and initiatives, ensuring adherence to national standards and organizational objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic engineering plans to enhance operational efficiency and infrastructure development.
• Manage and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant engineering regulations and safety protocols.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support for complex engineering challenges.
• **Deputy Manager (Legal):**
• Provide comprehensive legal counsel and support across various organizational functions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure the organization's compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and public sector policies.
• Represent the organization in legal proceedings and manage external legal collaborations.
• Conduct legal research and provide timely advice on emerging legal issues relevant to the public sector.
