Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and comprehensive administrative oversight for hospital functions.
• Ensure the efficient and effective management of departmental operations and resources.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of hospital policies and procedures.
• Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to optimize service delivery.
• Uphold superior standards of patient care and overall service quality.
• Oversee Accident & Emergency services (for Manager A&E).
• Perform essential clerical duties and data entry (for Computer Operator, Junior Clerk).
• Manage front-desk operations and handle patient inquiries efficiently (for Receptionist).
• Assist patients, maintain hospital cleanliness, and provide general support (for Ward Boy, Stretcher Puller, Helper Staff, Sweeper).
