Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust human resource strategies aligned with MEPCO's overarching business objectives and vision.
• Oversee all critical HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Design, manage, and execute comprehensive career planning and development programs to foster employee growth and succession readiness.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant labor laws, company policies, and best practices in modern HR management.
• Provide expert strategic advice and leadership to the executive team on all human resource and organizational development matters.

Benefits

A highly competitive and negotiable monthly salary package ranging from PKR 200,000 to PKR 300,000. This contract position for 3 years is extendable based on satisfactory performance, offering significant professional growth and leadership opportunities within a prominent government organization.
