Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all litigation proceedings on behalf of PMDC in High Courts and the Supreme Court.
• Draft, vet, and review a wide range of legal documents, including policies, contracts, and regulations.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice and counsel to the council on all aspects of regulatory compliance, governance, and operational matters.
• Ensure strict adherence to national and international legal frameworks pertinent to the medical and dental professions.
• Oversee the management of legal advisory services, responding to inquiries and guiding internal departments.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to protect PMDC’s interests and uphold its mandate.
