• Manage and oversee technical aspects of mineral exploration and extraction projects
• Perform essential administrative, clerical, and record-keeping duties
• Conduct precise land and geological surveys for project development
• Supervise daily quarry and mine operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and efficiency standards
• Operate and maintain heavy machinery, vehicles, and specialized mining equipment
• Execute skilled trade tasks including welding, electrical system installation, and mechanical repairs
• Provide vigilant security and material handling oversight at project sites
• Contribute to active field work and operational support across various locations within Punjab
• Assist in marketing and outreach efforts for mineral products and services (for marketing roles)
