Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of building construction and infrastructure development projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, encompassing scope, budget, timeline, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee project teams, external contractors, and consultants, ensuring optimal performance and seamless coordination.
• Monitor project progress diligently, identify potential deviations, and implement effective corrective measures to maintain project schedules.
• Ensure rigorous compliance with all applicable building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Administer project budgets, financial forecasts, and procurement processes with integrity and efficiency.
• Prepare detailed project reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Act as a primary liaison between internal departments, government agencies, and external partners to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Conduct thorough site inspections and comprehensive quality assurance checks.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and long-term vision for the organization's infrastructure development needs.
