HAZECO is tasked with the crucial responsibility of ensuring efficient electricity supply and distribution across the eight districts of the Hazara Division in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. As the company expands its operations to meet the energy demands of the region, it requires skilled manpower across various departments. We are currently recruiting for numerous Assistant Manager positions for the year 2025, offering a chance to shape the future of energy distribution in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and statutory compliance within Accounts & Finance.
  • Oversee transmission planning, conduct load forecasting, manage legal contracts, and provide financial oversight for key projects under MIRAD.
  • Administer procurement processes, inventory management, and logistics to ensure efficient resource flow within Supply Chain.
  • Develop and implement strategies for superior customer experience, grievance resolution, and service delivery in Customer Services.
  • Administer and maintain robust IT systems, ensure network security, and manage data infrastructure within Information Technology.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain management information systems (MIS) to support organizational decision-making.
  • Provide expert legal counsel, manage litigation, and ensure compliance with all regulatory frameworks for Legal Affairs.
  • Oversee human resource functions including recruitment, training, performance management, and general administrative operations for HR & Administration.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial and operational audits to ensure transparency, accountability, and adherence to policies within Audit & Internal Audit.
  • Supervise day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted electricity supply.
  • Plan, execute, and manage civil engineering projects related to infrastructure development and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and manage board affairs as Company Secretary.
