Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physiotherapy services, including injury assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation for national-level athletes.
• Develop and implement proactive injury prevention strategies and recovery protocols.
• Monitor athlete well-being and progress, adapting interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with coaching and medical staff to ensure optimal athlete health and performance.
• Design, implement, and oversee individualized and team-based strength, conditioning, and fitness programs.
• Conduct thorough performance analyses and fitness evaluations to guide training strategies.
• Integrate sports science principles to optimize athletic development and reduce injury risk.
• Work closely with the physiotherapy and coaching teams to align fitness regimes with team objectives.
• Contribute to the overall performance planning and strategic development of the Pakistan Women's National Cricket Team.
• Maintain detailed records of athlete progress, training loads, and injury management.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in sports science, physiotherapy, and strength & conditioning.
